We are closed weekends and holidays. Please remember if you are contacting us from outside of Canada, our holidays may not always correspond with yours!

To help us serve you better, if you are contacting us regarding an order you have already placed, please have your order number ready. If you contact us outside of our normal hours and choose to leave a message, please include your order number. Thank you!

Please be advised that contacting us repeatedly regarding the same issue only serves to increase your response time as we have to match up duplicate inquiries. We will respond to your email, even if you only send it once.


This is our preferred method of communicating with our customers and has the fastest response time. Available during our posted Customer Service Hours (see above). When operators are available, chat requests are typically answered in 5-10 minutes. You’ll be given the option to leave a message if no operator is available.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept walk-in orders at this time for insurance reasons. You must place your order online through our website and have it mailed to you.

If you received the incorrect item and are trying to return it, please contact us first before sending anything back to us.
